Refund policy

Returns

We operate a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In the same condition as supplied

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be authorised before goods are sent back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are confirmed as faulty or damaged.

If goods are believed to be damaged on delivery, please contact us before returning any items so we can agree the most appropriate course of action.


Restocking Fee

All non-faulty returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund value.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:

  • Items are damaged

  • Items are defective

  • Incorrect items have been supplied

This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it efficiently.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids

  • Gases

  • Opened primers, adhesives or coatings

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us prior to purchase.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to obtain an alternative item is to return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, with the applicable 30% restocking fee deducted.

Please note that banking providers may take additional time to process and display refunded funds.
