Shipping & Delivery

Membrane Market supplies roofing membranes, liquid coatings, and system accessories to trade and DIY customers across the UK. Delivery methods, lead times, and costs vary depending on the products ordered and availability at the time of purchase.

Pallet Deliveries (Membranes & Palletised Goods)

  • Palletised goods are delivered via a third-party pallet network.

  • Next working day delivery is available on stocked palletised items when ordered before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Pallet deliveries are kerbside only unless otherwise agreed.

If an item is not currently held in stock and requires supplier collection or inbound delivery, we will contact you to confirm revised lead times before dispatch.

Parcel Deliveries (Tools, Accessories & Ancillaries)

  • Smaller items are shipped via standard parcel carriers.

  • Delivery times typically range from 1–3 working days, depending on stock availability and courier performance.

  • Some items may be dispatched directly from suppliers to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

  • Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Collection from Trade Counter

  • Collection is available from our trade counter during opening hours.

  • Items marked as available for collection are usually ready within 1 working hour, unless otherwise stated.

  • You will receive confirmation when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Delays & Responsibility

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure prompt dispatch, Membrane Market cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or pallet network disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic or transport issues

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Once goods have been handed to the carrier, delivery risk passes to the customer.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items with differing availability, goods may be dispatched separately to avoid unnecessary delays. This will not affect your delivery charges unless agreed in advance.
