The PIR Angle Fillet is a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) triangular insulation fillet designed to create a smooth transition at changes in direction within flat roofing and waterproofing details. Featuring a bitumen-faced surface, it is fully compatible with torch-applied and self-adhesive membrane systems, providing a reliable, insulated alternative to traditional timber arris rail.

By softening acute angle changes at upstands and abutments, the fillet improves membrane continuity, reduces stress points, and supports long-term waterproofing performance. The pre-formed profile minimises on-site cutting and waste, while the PIR core delivers high compressive strength and thermal performance.

Product dimensions are subject to a manufacturing tolerance of ±5 mm. Due to the nature of PIR insulation, minor deflection may occur but does not affect performance when correctly installed.
