TPE Pipe Flue Collar (40–160mm)

This flexible pipe collar provides a simple and reliable method of sealing around roof penetrations, helping to maintain a watertight finish on flat roofing systems. Designed to accommodate pipe diameters from 40mm up to 160 mm, it reduces the risk of water ingress and the associated issues this can cause, including moisture build-up and condensation.

Manufactured from durable thermoplastic rubber (TPE), the collar combines flexibility with long-term resilience. Its smooth base allows for effective integration with a range of flat roofing finishes, including bituminous felt, mastic asphalt, GRP & liquid coating systems. The collar can be easily trimmed on site to suit the required pipe size, ensuring a close and secure fit.

It's recommended that the detail be completed with a jubilee clip & mastic bead at the time of installation.
