TPE Roof Vent / SVP (60–100mm)

This TPE flat roof vent is designed to allow moisture and water vapour to safely escape from flat roofing systems, helping to regulate vapour pressure beneath the waterproofing layer. By relieving trapped moisture, the vent reduces the risk of blistering and long-term damage to the roof membrane.

Manufactured from durable thermoplastic rubber (TPE), the vent offers excellent flexibility and resistance to weathering, maintaining performance even in low temperatures down to approximately –40°C. It is suitable for use with bituminous waterproofing membranes and can be fully integrated into torch-applied roofing systems to form a secure, watertight detail.

In addition to its use as a flat roof vent, the unit can also be used as a soil vent pipe cover, providing a neat and weather-resistant termination where required. Available in 60mm, 75mm, and 100mm diameter sizes, it is suitable for a wide range of flat roofing and refurbishment applications.
