SA Spray Primer Canister (22L)

VS SA Spray Primer is a high-performance, canister-applied self-adhesive membrane primer formulated for exceptional performance when bonding vapour control layers and waterproofing membranes to a wide range of substrates. It ensures self-adhesive membranes achieve maximum bonding strength, enabling optimal year-round performance.

Can be used with both self adhesive & torch applied membranes.

Approx coverage: 150-200m² per canister.

Application
Ensure the roof area to be bonded is solid, dry, clean and free from ponding water.  Install canister hose & gun (sold separately).

Apply primer with spray gun at 90° to the surface, ensuring 80–100% coverage. Allow the solvent to evaporate until dry-to-touch (no stringing). Drying time depends on substrate and ambient conditions. Lay the self-adhesive membrane into the primer and apply pressure with a weighted roller. Clean equipment with suitable cleaning product.
