A high-solids polyurethane primer designed to prepare substrates prior to the application of liquid waterproofing and polyurethane roof coating systems.

Vanquish PU Prep is a high-performance penetrating polyurethane primer formulated to promote adhesion across a wide range of roofing substrates. Designed for refurbishment and overlay applications, it enhances bond strength and ensures a clean, consistent surface prior to the application of liquid-applied waterproofing systems.

Suitable for porous and non-porous substrates including concrete, timber, fibre cement, asphalt and existing bituminous membranes, Vanquish PU Prep consolidates loose mineral surfaces and improves adhesion of subsequent coatings. Its moisture-tolerant formulation actively reacts with residual substrate moisture, allowing reliable performance in typical site conditions.

Compatible with polyurethane coating systems, it forms a critical part of a complete liquid waterproofing system when used alongside Vanquish Fibre PU.
