A high-performance plasticiser-resistant polyurethane primer designed for the preparation of PVC single ply membranes prior to the application of liquid waterproofing systems and repair coatings.

Suitable for refurbishment, repair and hybrid waterproofing specifications, PVC-Prep improves adhesion to weathered PVC single ply membranes prior to subsequent coating or detailing works. The rapid drying, free-flowing formulation provides excellent coverage rates and helps prevent plasticiser migration which can otherwise affect long-term bond performance.

PVC-Prep is particularly suited to perimeter details, pipe penetrations and localised repair works where liquid waterproofing systems are being integrated into existing single ply roofing systems.

Compatible with polyurethane coating systems, it forms a critical part of a complete liquid waterproofing system when used alongside Vanquish Fibre PU.
